Wow what a piece of kit! These are so easy to use, and give fantastic results. When we first tried ours we didn’t think it was working properly as there was no water spraying all over the place like we had been used to with our previous hand tools, but that’s how it works! Its continuous flow design controls the solution through the fabric without wetting everything through, so drying times are so much quicker. The Sapphire also extracts in both directions, meaning fewer dry passes and a speedier job. We particularly like the trigger lock when cleaning larger areas such as mattresses. We have two of these, both used daily and both supplied by Cleansmart. Definitely great value for money!
